Exchange & Return Policy
At AV Swimwear & Tanning, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. Please read our policy carefully before requesting an exchange or return.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges on eligible items within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for an exchange:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Hygiene liners and tags must still be attached
- Items must be free of stains, odors, or damage
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Returns
Due to hygiene reasons, swimwear items are final sale and we do not offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We will review your request and assist you as soon as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Worn swimwear
- Washed items
- Sale items
- Gift cards
